NURTURE: BIPOC Women's Group

NURTURE is an intergenerational support group and healing circle serving the needs of BIPOC women to restore inner well being within a supportive community setting. We gather to find balance mentally, emotionally and spiritually, with an aim to heal from past pain and restore inner harmony.

NURTURE is a safe and sacred space to share your whole self. We will learn gentle practices and tools to support our daily lives and healing on all levels.

NURTURE sessions are held on Saturdays from 10:00 am - 11:00 am for 6 consecutive weeks, starting July 13. All sessions are virtual.  Fee is $85 per session.
