I approach therapy from a client-centered lens and strive to create a warm and non-judgmental environment to meet you where you are. I provide a laid-back approach to increase comfort and authenticity in our therapeutic space and highly value your expertise on your own lived experiences. I engage clients in a variety of modalities and interventions based on your specific needs. I work most often with Mindfulness-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also believe it is important to approach therapy from both a trauma-informed and culturally-humble lens.

As a queer-identifying therapist, I enjoy working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, kinky/BDSM, and who identify outside the gender binary.
