Hello, my name is Brandon Brumskill and thank you for considering me for your therapy needs.

My therapeutic philosophy centers on your uniqueness, acknowledging that no single approach will be universally effective. This means I make great efforts to adapt techniques/modalities I have experience with to best suit your individual needs. I believe the real power of therapy lies in its potential to extend beyond managing symptoms; it's about fostering growth and development in all areas of your well-being.

Throughout my 12 years of work in this field, I’ve put to use a number of modalities; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. However I am constantly learning and adjusting my techniques to help those I work with best navigate our ever-changing world.

As a father of 2, I see the value in making long lasting meaningful connections. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, using my several years of experience to support your needs with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and life transitions. Together, we work on helping you become a well rounded individual who is ready to take on the challenges of life.
