As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe space, free of judgment, where every individual can feel heard and supported. My approach is grounded in empathy and a deep understanding of each client's unique journey and value system, believing that therapy offers a transformative path to healing, self-discovery, and lasting growth.
Having moved from Chicago to Washington, D.C., I studied at Howard University, where I earned my MSW and MBA. Drawing from my background in both social work and business, my approach to therapy aims to support young adults and adults (especially BIPOC) as they navigate personal growth and professional challenges. My areas of focus include existential concerns, life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem, interpersonal challenges, and those who may be navigating questions of faith.
Whether you're navigating your own life transitions, seeking deeper understanding of yourself, or working to overcome past trauma, I aim to guide you toward clarity, resilience, and the tools to thrive. Through our work together, I help you uncover your strengths, manage stress, and build healthier connections, while always honoring your unique experiences and perspective. I look forward to meeting you.
