Therapist

Whether you're feeling stuck in your career, wrestling with identity or faith, or carrying pain that's hard to name, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and reset. I work with young adults and adults, especially BIPOC clients, who are ready to grow, even if they’re unsure what that looks like yet. Together, we explore the stories that shaped you and challenge thought patterns that could paralyze your progress.

I bring a grounded, affirming presence to our work, blending deep empathy with honest reflection. My practice is shaped by both my social work and business backgrounds. I earned my MSW and MBA from Howard University after relocating from Chicago to Washington, D.C., and I understand the emotional weight that can come with ambition, stewardship, or simply trying to succeed in spaces that weren’t built with you in mind.

Clients often come to me facing life transitions, anxiety, existential questions, and relational concerns. I also support those navigating self-esteem challenges, complex family dynamics, and spiritual or faith-based struggles. My style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply respectful of your values and lived experiences.

Healing is possible. Growth is possible. Therapy is one place where that process can begin—with clarity, care, and on your terms. Let’s talk.
