Therapist

I am a holistic practitioner with a collaborative approach to therapy, building on the inherent strengths of my clients to help them reach their full potential. I have a broad range of experience working internationally with various cultures, genders, ages and orientations. I welcome clients by creating compassionate, judgement-free spaces to share their unique stories. I believe in each person’s individuality, competence and resilience, supporting them in living their life to their fullest with courage, dignity and value.

I engage clients in process-oriented, goal-driven conversations, exploring their relationships and patterns to address ways of achieving personal and professional success. I believe that together, the therapeutic relationship can help heal past traumas by self-exploration, deepening self-awareness and encouraging self-affirming practices. The partnership that I foster with clients celebrates achievements, helping to empower them to be the best version of themselves.

I obtained my Masters in both clinical and macro Social Work at New York University in 2006 and have been applying my skills to help people and organizations. I have an eclectic approach, incorporating person-centered, solution-focused, psychodynamic, somatic and mindfulness practices to my work. I provide individual and group therapy to adults struggling with a variety of challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, LGBTQ+ and cultural identity issues in a supportive, judgement-free space.

In a (post) pandemic world, stress, grief, burnout and relationship issues can feel even more overwhelming. I can offer some ease, relief and support, as a clinician and consultant.
