Nicole Ziesing

Therapist

Hello, I am Nicole Ziesing, a therapist dedicated to creating a warm and judgment-free space where you can explore complex emotions, life stressors, and trauma experiences. My goal is to uplift your existing strengths, develop coping skills tailored to your unique needs, and collaboratively support you toward healing and stability. With a holistic approach, I consider not only the individual but also the impact of societal pressures, illness, disability, family dynamics, and cultural identity.

As a queer Latinx therapist, I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community, individuals across the gender spectrum, and those exploring their sexual and gender identity. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University and have experience assisting adults dealing with complex mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use, life transitions, complex trauma, and PTSD.

Therapeutic practices include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness practices
  • Narrative Therapy

Fee for Initial Consultation: $195
